Neck Size: Feels too big

Just received this and it's huge on me. Because of other reviews, I ordered one size down from my regular size and it's still really big in the arms, chest and hips. I got it on clearance so there's no use sending it back. It's ultra comfy and the pink color is pretty. After a little tailoring it should be great for casual dressing. Love the detail on the neckline! The only downside is the fit, but order a size or two down and you should be fine.
